His journey began in 2013 as an apprentice at a large corporate jeweler, where he quickly mastered his craft. Within three years, his dedication earned him a promotion to shop manager.

As a manager, Nolan continued to refine his skills while mentoring new jewelers and apprentices. Under his leadership, the shop grew to be one of the most successful in the company.

In November of 2023, Nolan seized the opportunity to open his own trade shop by founding Monroe’s Jewelry Services. Since then, he’s proudly served stores and individuals in the Midlands, providing top-tier concierge jewelry services.
